PH1 World Developers and Megawide showcased their expanded 27-sqm 4PH Model Unit at the National Housing Expo 2026, highlighting their combined expertise in construction and property development. The exhibit gave beneficiaries a glimpse of modern, sustainable living, while reinforcing both companies’ commitment to making homeownership more accessible through the government’s 4PH program.
Beyond the model unit, PH1 also launched its first 4PH raffle during the expo, awarding three e-bikes to qualified beneficiaries, as it continues working toward its goal of delivering over 25,000 units expected to be completed by 2028.
