PH1 World Developers received the Special Recognition for National Housing Development at the 2026 PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards, held on August 20, 2026, at Shangri-La The Fort. The award honors Avesta Residences, a project under the government’s expanded Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino (4PH) program, which aims to help address the country’s 6.5-million housing backlog by expanding access to quality homes. 

The recognition highlights PH1 World Developers’ commitment to building affordable, high-quality, and dignified communities that support nation-building and improve the lives of more Filipinos. Through its partnership with parent company Megawide Construction Corp., PH1 leverages advanced precast and construction technologies to deliver homes with speed, consistency, and First-World quality.

On March 6, 2026,PH1 World Developers marked a new milestone in nation-building with the grand launch and blessing of our Expanded 4PH showroom in Salinas-Bacoor. This event was more than just an opening; it was a mark of our commitment to making all Filipinos experience First-World Living. 

The event was joined by Bacoor’s Local Government Unit, including Hon. Mayor Strike Revilla and Vice-Mayor Rowena Bautista-Mendiola, alongside dedicated representatives from DHSUD and Pag-IBIG—underscoring the shared commitment to providing quality and affordable housing for every Filipino family. 

Leading the charge from the Megawide Group and PH1 World Developers were Mr. Edgar Saavedra (Megawide Group CEO), Mr. Jaime Feliciano (Megawide Group Chief Business Development Officer), and Ms. Gigi Alcantara (PH1 World Developers President). Together with our city councilors and barangay captains, we are proving that when we align our goals, we don’t just make homes—we build communities and fuel the Filipino dream.
