On September 24, 2025, over 120 participants from various government agencies, teachers, and policemen gathered at Dasmariñas City Hall for the first-ever Dasmariñas Housing Caravan. The event introduced PH1 World Developers’ upcoming 4PH Project in Dasmariñas, Cavite and included a Pag-IBIG Housing Loan orientation to guide attendees through the process of homeownership and make quality housing more accessible.
With the theme “Pangarap Kong Bahay, Kayang-Kaya Ko Na!”, the caravan highlighted PH1’s commitment to making dignified, modern homes within reach of every Filipino. It brought the company’s vision of First World Living in the Philippines to life – showing that affordable housing can go hand-in-hand with comfort, quality, and pride of place for all.
