STM Signs Development Loan Deal with BPI 

On June 3, executives from Megawide and PH1 World Developers (PH1WD) signed a ₱520-million development loan agreement with the Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) to finance the construction of Southscapes Trece Martires, marking a significant step toward delivering Cavite’s first energy-efficient community. The deal ensures the project’s timely progress and completion, while also reflecting BPI’s confidence in its viability and long-term potential.
