Dasmariñas, Cavite – May 7, 2025 – PH1 World Developers (PH1WD), in collaboration with the Dasmariñas City Government, officially broke ground on a 9-tower mid-rise residential condominium project in Barangay Salitran. Covering 4.75 hectares, the development is part of the national government’s Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino Housing (4PH) Program.

PH1WD will lead the development and serve as project owner, while its parent company, engineering and infrastructure giant Megawide Construction Corporation (Megawide), will handle construction upon securing the necessary permits and clearances.

The project will provide more than 4,000 residential units, primarily aimed at benefiting local government employees and city constituents. Designed to deliver accessible and high-quality housing, the initiative aligns with the 4PH Program’s mission to address the 6.5-million national housing gap by 2028.
