Last March 27, 2026, PH1 World Developers signed a Loan Agreement with the Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP). This loan agreement will benefit the Expanded 4PH Projects of the company to fast-track and support its goal of delivering First-World Living to all Filipinos.

On March 6, 2026,PH1 World Developers marked a new milestone in nation-building with the grand launch and blessing of our Expanded 4PH showroom in Salinas-Bacoor. This event was more than just an opening; it was a mark of our commitment to making all Filipinos experience First-World Living.
The event was joined by Bacoor’s Local Government Unit, including Hon. Mayor Strike Revilla and Vice-Mayor Rowena Bautista-Mendiola, alongside dedicated representatives from DHSUD and Pag-IBIG—underscoring the shared commitment to providing quality and affordable housing for every Filipino family.
