Today, January 26, 2026, PH1 World Developers and the Bacoor City LGU conducted a Deed of Absolute Sale (DOAS) signing at the Bacoor City Hall’s Multipurpose Hall. According to Mayor Strike B. Revilla, this signing ceremony and partnership with PH1 World Landscapes Inc. is an assurance to the Bacooreños that they will not just receive housing, rather they will receive housing that is of good quality, great value, and of a higher standard.

City Committee Chairman on Housing, Land Utilization, and Urban Development OIC Hon. Horacio Brillantes also shared how the signing ceremony is a symbolical step in providing Bacooreños and Caviteños their dream homes.

During the DOAS Signing, PH1 President Gigi Alcantara also unveiled the project’s master plan—featuring four residential towers with a total of 2,040 units, designed to serve more than 2,040 individuals. The development will include key amenities such as a basketball court, landscaped open spaces, and a multipurpose community hall, reinforcing PH1WD’s commitment to delivering First‑World Living to Filipinos.

The event was also attended by Vice Mayor Rowena Bautista-Mendiola, City Administrator Atty. Aimee Torrefranca-Neri, the entire Bacoor City Council and SK Chairman, along with PH1 World’s Head of Design & Construction, Mr. Charles Perri Hari and Accounts Management Head, Ms. Rowelyn Merencillo who assured that construction of 4PH Salinas-Bacoor will surely begin by February 2026.
