When talking about the project, Saavedra expressed his eagerness to beautify each unit. “Gusto kong pagandahin. Tipong ‘yung unit natin dito mas maganda pa sa privado na nabibili niyo sa labas (I want to make this beautiful. I want our units to be even more beautiful than the ones sold by private companies)”.
Alcantara echoed the sentiment, reaffirming PH1WD’s mission to elevate the quality of affordable housing. “Sa PH1 (World Developers), we were built with a very clear and simple promise, and that is to make first-world living accessible to every Filipino.” Alcantara added that through PH1WD’s parent company, Megawide, they were able to combine “smart, innovative designs with advanced engineering technology that would create spaces for Filipinos” so that they would “feel safe and supported.”
Comprising five residential towers and 1,100 units, the Imus 4PH project offers homes priced at ₱1.8 million each. Through the 4PH Program, eligible applicants may avail of housing loans with up to 30-year terms, making homeownership more attainable and financially sustainable.
With this launch, PH1WD is not just building homes—it’s redefining what affordable housing can be.
