The Topping Off ceremony of the Tower 1 of Modan Lofts Ortigas Hills was held on November 19, 2025, marking a major milestone in bringing First-World Living to life. The ceremony was officially opened by PH1 World Developers’ President, Ms. Gigi “GGA” Alcantara, alongside the entire PH1 team. Representing their partner, Megawide Construction Corporation (MCC), were Mr. Frederick Tan, MCC Chief Operating Officer, and Mr. Chito Bilog, MCC Project Manager. Their joint attendance highlighted the success of Modan Lofts Ortigas Hills and with this milestone secured, Modan Lofts moves visibly closer to welcoming homeowners into a First-World Living community that blends the convenience of urban proximity with the breathing space and scenic views of the Taytay hillside.
