PH1 World Developers Kicks Off Second Horizontal Development with Groundbreaking Ceremony in Cavite

Barely five months after the launch of its first horizontal development, Northscapes San Jose del Monte, PH1 World Developers once again broke out its golden shovels and held yet another groundbreaking ceremony—this time, in Southern Luzon.

The event, held on January 20, 2024, at the project site in Barangay Lapidario, Trece Martires, Cavite, was celebrated by prominent people from both the local and national government, PH1 World Developers management and affiliates, and even employees and executives of PH1 World Developers’ parent company, Megawide Construction Corporation.

As PH1 World Developers’ second horizontal project (first in Southern Luzon), the Trece Martires Development aims to bring the same innovations seen in Northscapes San Jose del Monte, focusing mainly on providing future residents with a cost-effective, energy-efficient community to live in.

Expressing both their delight and excitement, Trece Martires Vice Mayor Romeo “Bobby” Montehermoso extended his support to PH1 World Developers while Barangay Lapidario Captain Remelyn Dilag-Sierra shared her gratitude to the company. PH1 World Developers Chairman and Megawide Construction Corporation Chairman and CEO, Mr. Edgar Saavedra, on the other hand, talked about how much he believes in the project as well as the company’s goal of bringing first-world housing standards to the Philippines.

The momentous groundbreaking ceremony signals the beginning of the 4.8-hectare Trece Martires Development construction, which will be spearheaded by Megawide Construction Corporation.
