PH1 World Developers (PH1WD) continues to go global as it recently inked a contract with US-based licensed property solutions company, Bahay Sa Pinas USA, Inc. last September 2022.
This partnership provides PH1WD a wider array of clientele, specifically US-based Filipinos, who plan to invest in real estate properties. This partnership also helps maintain PH1WD’s legitimacy and credibility in terms of marketing and selling its projects.
Present during the contract signing were PH1WD Executives: President Gigi G. Alcantara, General Manager Greg Tan, Broker Network Officer Eulice Garcia, along with Bahay Sa Pinas USA Inc. Executives: Founder and Chief Strategist Bong Gutierrez, Head of Philippine Operations Raquel Romero, and Head of Training Micah Navarro.
