PH1 World Developers (PH1WD) and Megawide had a ceremonial contract signing for My Enso Lofts project last November 29, 2022.

The ceremony was led by PH1WD Executives: President Gigi G. Alcantara, Head of Finance Michele Zabal, Business Development Manager Erika Angeles, together with Megawide Executives: Chairman and CEO

Edgar Saavedra, COO for EPC Frederick Tan and VP for Engineering Bram Van Olffen. My Enso Lofts is committed to deliver another extraordinary project as it carries its promise of providing extra space at no extra cost through Megawide’s first-world revolutionary construction and engineering solutions.

The construction is currently ongoing and is targeting to be completed on Q4 2026.

PH1 World Developers visited San Francisco PH Consulate office last October 26, 2022 with Bahay Sa Pinas team, a property solutions company that caters to Filipino-Americans and Americans who wish to invest in real estate in the Philippines.

PH1 World Developers (PH1WD) embraced the opportunity to connect with fellow kababayans in the United States. Focused on establishing strong networks, the company collaborated closely with their brokerage partner, Bahay sa Pinas USA, to organize training and events catered to Filipino communities residing in the US.

During this roadshow in October 2022, PH1WD embarked on a multi-city tour, spanning in locations such as New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and San Diego. This extensive tour served as a platform for showcasing their projects and building significant relationships with Pinoy communities in these regions. By engaging with the community, PH1WD fostered trust and rapport with potential buyers, solidifying their presence and creating lasting connections.

PH1 World Developers (PH1WD) took part in the Philippine Cultural Fashion Show held at Kalayaan Hall, Philippine Center in New York City, USA. The event, held on October 15, 2022, served as a vibrant celebration of Filipino culture, uniting kababayans and locals from New York. PH1WD had the exceptional privilege of sharing insights into real estate opportunities with the community, further solidifying their commitment to global expansion and cultural exchange. 

As PH1WD made their mark at the Philippine Cultural Fashion Show, they not only showcased the richness of Filipino culture but also presented valuable opportunities PH1WD has to offer to the attendees such as our Add-Loft technology providing “Extra Space at No Extra Cost”.

The company also had the honor of a courtesy call with Deputy Consul General Arman R. Talbo during the Philippine Cultural Fashion Show, solidifying its commitment to fostering strong diplomatic relationships. 

This interaction served as a testament to PH1WD’s dedication in establishing lasting connections and exploring potential avenues for collaboration in the United States. It highlighted PH1WD’s’ commitment to expanding their network and sharing real estate opportunities with a wider audience.

PH1 World Developers (PH1WD) continues to go global as it recently inked a contract with US-based licensed property solutions company, Bahay Sa Pinas USA, Inc. last September 2022.

This partnership provides PH1WD a wider array of clientele, specifically US-based Filipinos, who plan to invest in real estate properties. This partnership also helps maintain PH1WD’s legitimacy and credibility in terms of marketing and selling its projects.

Present during the contract signing were PH1WD Executives: President Gigi G. Alcantara, General Manager Greg Tan, Broker Network Officer Eulice Garcia, along with Bahay Sa Pinas USA Inc. Executives: Founder and Chief Strategist Bong Gutierrez, Head of Philippine Operations Raquel Romero, and Head of Training Micah Navarro.

Another #extraordinary project will soon come to life as PH1 World Developers (PH1WD) broke ground on July 26, 2022 for the Ortigas Hills Project.

The project, PH1WD’s second venture in Taytay municipality, consists of three mid-rise condominium buildings in a 16,470 sq m. property in Ortigas Extension, Brgy. San Isidro, Taytay, Rizal. The Ortigas Hills Project will boast PH1WD’s promise of Extra Space at No Extra Cost through its exclusive Add-Loft Technology. Megawide will be the partner builder of PH1WD for this project. 

Philippine Expo is a 3-day event held at Ueno Park Tokyo, Japan.

There were 44,000 attendees in the event, comprised mainly of Filipino and Japanese nationalities.

The Hive Residences, the first vertical development of PH1 World Developers with partner builder, Megawide, won the Best Condo Development in Central Luzon in Property Guru’s Philippines Property Awards in 2021.

The project used precast walls, stairs, and autoclaved aerated concrete blocks which sped up construction while maintaining quality and efficiency, which enabled faster and better delivery in the project.

Launched in 2015, the mid-rise residential condominium project in Taytay, Rizal consists of four buildings with 978 units. Banking on its promise to deliver an exclusive and distinctive living experience, it is expected to generate P3.15 billion in revenues.
