Celebrating yet another addition to PH1 World Developers’ extraordinary myriad of accomplishments, the company’s representatives joined Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) officials in the ceremonial signing of a 500-million-peso development loan agreement on July 16, 2024. The said deal will greatly expedite the construction of PH1WD’s first horizontal development, Northscapes San Jose del Monte. With funding for their first energy-efficient community offering secured, PH1WD is expected to increase value creation—a feat that is projected to be a major growth platform for the company’s parent-contractor, Megawide Construction Corporation.

PH1 World Developers’ (PH1WD) Link Up 2024 Tour took them across Europe, starting with the Philippine Cultural Day in Denmark on June 15, where Filipino heritage was celebrated with traditional performances and cuisine. The tour continued to Norway on June 22 for the Kalayaan Norge Cultural Day, marking Philippine independence with cultural exhibits and festivities. The grand finale was the London Barrio Festival on June 22-23, showcasing Filipino culture in London. A notable highlight was meeting the Philippine Ambassador to the United Kingdom, Mr. Teddy Locsin Jr., emphasizing the tour’s success in fostering cultural diplomacy and international connections.

The Philippine Expo 2024, held from June 7-9, was a vibrant celebration of Filipino culture and goodwill with Japan, organized by the Philippine Expo Committee in Japan. This year’s event brought together Japanese, Filipinos, and other nationalities, showcasing a range of booths that highlighted the rich traditions and heritage of the Philippines. In addition to cultural displays, the expo featured opportunities to explore Philippine real estate, highlighting investment prospects in the country. PH1WD participated in this event, marking its fourth involvement in the said expo and continued its commitment to promoting Filipino culture and business opportunities.

PH1 World Developers showcased their excellence at the Real Estate Asia Awards 2024, held on June 4 at the Sands Expo & Convention Centre in Marina Bay, Singapore. They proudly clinched the Design Initiative of the Year – Philippines award, demonstrating their innovative approach to real estate. Additionally, My Enso Lofts, was named Residential Development of the Year – Philippines, and One Lancaster Park won Open Space Development of the Year – Philippines. These accolades highlight PH1 World Developers’ commitment to excellence and innovation in the Philippine real estate industry.

In line with ongoing efforts to help address the national housing backlog, PH1 World Developers (PH1WD), in partnership with the local government of Imus and the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD), broke ground for a five-tower mid-rise residential project on May 28. The project will be built under the government’s Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino Housing (4PH) Program and is expected to yield a total of 1,100 units. The ceremony couldn’t have come at a more opportune time as it occurred right after Imus officials celebrated the National Flag Day and commemorated the 126^th anniversary of the Battle of Alapan. Speaking in front of other Imus officials, PH1WD and Megawide Construction Corporation executives and employees, and DHSUD Secretary Jose Rizalino “Jerry” Acuzar, Imus Mayor Alex “AA” Advincula expressed their excitement over the prospect of Imuseño families finally fulfilling their homeownership dreams. Mayor Advincula also thanked PH1WD and Megawide for respectively overseeing the development and construction of the 1.3-hectare property that is located merely 400 meters from the New Imus City Hall.
