Today, January 26, 2026, PH1 World Developers and the Bacoor City LGU conducted a Deed of Absolute Sale (DOAS) signing at the Bacoor City Hall’s Multipurpose Hall. According to Mayor Strike B. Revilla, this signing ceremony and partnership with PH1 World Landscapes Inc. is an assurance to the Bacooreños that they will not just receive housing, rather they will receive housing that is of good quality, great value, and of a higher standard.

During the DOAS Signing, PH1 President Gigi Alcantara also unveiled the project’s master plan—featuring four residential towers with a total of 2,040 units, designed to serve more than 2,040 individuals.
