The Hive Cites Excellence Award by Property Guru
The Hive Residences, the first vertical development of PH1 World Developers with partner builder, Megawide, won the Best Condo Development in Central Luzon in Property Guru’s Philippines Property Awards in 2021.
The project used precast walls, stairs, and autoclaved aerated concrete blocks which sped up construction while maintaining quality and efficiency, which enabled faster and better delivery in the project.
Launched in 2015, the mid-rise residential condominium project in Taytay, Rizal consists of four buildings with 978 units. Banking on its promise to deliver an exclusive and distinctive living experience, it is expected to generate P3.15 billion in revenues.
New Milestone Alert: The Hive Project Topped Off
Real estate developer, PH1 World Developers (PH1WD) and its partner builder, Megawide recently hit another construction milestone with the topping off of The Hive Residences Tower D Project in Taytay, Rizal last May.
Tower D is the last tower of The Hive Project, which is already 99 percent sold out due to the high demand for top-notch condominium property in the area. Apart from this, they also celebrated the project’s impressive 20 million safe man-hours without a lost-time incident.
Together with PH1WD Executives: President Gigi G. Alcantara, Business Development (BD) Manager Bryan Bautista, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Head Mica Santeco, Megawide Chairman & CEO Edgar Saavedra and other executives graced the event.
Phil Expo Japan 2021 Highlights Presence of PH1 Word Developers
PH1 World Developers (PH1WD) participated in the Philippine Expo held last October 8 to 10, 2021. In this event, PH1WD connected with both Japanese and Filipino clients based in Japan.
Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, PH1WD left an impact on the international market through their participation in the Philippine Expo.
Although physical attendance was not feasible due to restrictions, the collaboration with their brokerage partner, Global Strategy Real Estate, enabled PH1WD to broaden their network in Japan.
